Custom Quilt Request Process

  • Video Consult

    Once you’ve contacted me via the form below, we will work together to set up a 30 minute complementary video consulation to talk about your vision and inspiration. The purpose of this call is to make a personal connection to ensure I understand what you are hoping for from your custom piece of quilted art, including size, inspiration, and price. Following this session, you will recieve a contract and invoice for a 25% downpayment.

  • Design Mockups

    After our video call, I will begin creating some design mockups in Adobe Illustrator. I will email a few designs along with color palette options, and we will work together to refine the design until it fits your vision. Once we’ve agreed upon a design, I will purchase fabric and begin creating!

  • Completed Quilt

    I will be in touch regarding the progress of the quilt while it is being created (this can take 2-3 weeks). Once it is finished, you will receive a final invoice for the remainder of the payment. Your quilt will then be lovingly packaged and shipped to your home (or to the home of a loved one), ready to add beauty and love in its new space!
